Simon Gardner, the General Manager at Hornbeck Boats has been building boats with Peter since 1998. He lives in Minerva with his wife Trish, and twin boys Noah and Benjamin. He enjoys spending time with his family, paddling, fishing, skiing and anything that has to do with getting lost in the woods.

Chad Smith is the Production Manager at Hornbeck Boats. He has been with Hornbeck Boats since 2002. Chad was born and raised in Olmstedville. He learned the trade from Pete and Simon throughout high school becoming a highly skilled craftsman. You can catch him on local ponds and rivers paddling and fly fishing.

Peter and Ann Hornbeck settled in on Troutbrook Road in 1973. They have been busy ever since building up the boat business, creating a pond, clearing fields and planting gardens.

Darren VanAken has been the Sales Manager at Hornbeck Boats since 2007. He and his family live in Bolton Landing. Darren enjoys paddling, fishing, and camping on remote ponds in the Adirondacks.

Tom O'Malley and his wife Katie live in Olmstedville with their dogs. Tom is a former union paper worker turned boat builder. Tom has been assembling boats at Hornbeck Boats since 2007.
