Do you offer demos or test paddles?
Our team of knowledgeable staff will guide you through the entire process and help you find the best boat for you. Once you've found your ideal boat, it's time to try it out on our on-site pond to ensure that it's the perfect fit for you. Do you ship your boats?
Yes, We ship our boats using private shipping firms. This guarantees quality service and safe delivery. These firms will typically line up a few deliveries together before they make a trip. This means there could be some lag between when a boat is ready and when it can be shipped.
How long is the wait time for a new boat?
There is a very good chance you will be able to leave with a boat the same day. However, if we need to build one for you, time from order to pick-up is directly related to the type of boat you are ordering, the number of orders currently on our build list, and circumstances out of our control. This timing tends to get longer the farther into the summer season we are. However, we strive to keep our wait time around 3-4 weeks.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, check, and cash. There is no discount for using cash.
